For me ,Monday means checking on the business, see what's going, checking on inventory since we have a big sale going on this week. Making a few plans and checking the daily planner for appointments for the day.(Usually I check them the day before)
You don't have to accomplish everything on Monday. Sometimes it's just about getting things started, handling one thing at a time, and seeing where the week takes you.
